• Troubleshooting issues caused by third-party apps or custom code.
• Configuring or customizing Shopify’s native functionalities
• Development of new features and adding new theme settings

We are here to assist you with everything related to the Hype theme features, including:

• Questions about Hype theme functionalities.
• Configuration of theme settings within the Shopify editor.

Our support hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM (CET/CEST, Madrid, Spain), excluding local public holidays.
