Where can I get the Hype theme?

Hype is available directly in the Shopify Theme Store. From there, you can install it in your store and receive official updates and support.

Can I try Hype before publishing it?

Yes. Shopify allows you to add the theme to your library and preview it in your store before publishing, at no additional cost.

Customization & Design

Can I customize the theme design?

Yes. Hype includes multiple configuration options within the Shopify Theme Editor: typography, colors, section layouts, and preconfigured modules. You can also choose between different header styles, menus, and layout presets.

Can I customize the theme design?

Can I edit the Hype theme code?

Yes, Shopify allows you to access and edit the theme’s code (HTML, CSS, Liquid). However, please note that custom code modifications are not covered by our official Hype support

What header layouts are available in Hype?

Hype includes four header layouts:
‍Middle left-1: logo on the left, main menu centered.
‍Top center-2: logo centered, with menu and utilities split across the sides.
‍Middle center-3: designed for complex menus, with logo and top navigation plus icons.
‍Top left-4: alternative design where the search bar or icons are more prominent.

How does the Hype Mega menu work?

The Mega menu is modular: you can add images, banners, collections, or products inside dropdowns. Each block is optional and can be combined in different ways.

Is the Hype theme responsive?

Yes. Hype is designed to adapt seamlessly to desktops, tablets, and mobile devices, ensuring a smooth user experience on all screens.

What if a Shopify app doesn’t work well with Hype?

App compatibility depends on each developer. Our support does not cover issues related to third-party apps. In such cases, you should contact the app’s support team directly.

Can I use Hype in multiple languages and currencies?

Yes. Languages and currencies are managed in the Shopify admin, and Hype provides selectors for both language and currency that can be placed in the header, footer, or announcement bar.

SEO & Performance

Does Hype include SEO features?

Yes, the theme is SEO-friendly: it’s optimized for fast loading, clean structure, and customizable tags. However, your store’s ranking will also depend on your content and overall SEO strategy.

How do I update Hype to the latest version?

Yes. Languages and currencies are managed in the Shopify admin, and Hype provides selectors for both language and currency that can be placed in the header, footer, or announcement bar.

Does Hype support include customizations?

No. Our support covers questions about theme features, configuration, and fixing theme-related issues. Customizations or code modifications are not included.

What are the support hours?

Our support hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM (CET/CEST, Madrid, Spain), excluding local public holidays.
